These Fonts by Rodrigo German at dafont would work for hoodies and badges. There are also some other skateboard and cartoon fonts by him that are suitable for stitching.

I had to sign up to follow your wonderful blog because I have 2 very wonderful rescue cats....we raised one from 6 days old when he was found in a neighbor's yard and we have a rescue schnauzer that was going to be put down because of kidney disease....he is a perfect dog and loves life and people. I would love if you followed my blog as I could see your cute little cat graphic. Frankie Files is adorable also. I just love cats and your blog is very informative
