The Library of Congress on Flickr

The Library of Congress has long been my favorite site. They are now sharing some of their holdings on Flickr.
This one cracked me up.

There is a FAQ page explaining that you may use the photos and where to get higher resolution versions.

    Cool. I am wondering if we can print one or two of these images on fabric via Spoonflower so my wife can turn them into throw pillows. Hmmm.

    If the library allows you to download a high resolution .tiff you may use it.
